[SV] 'You Saw The Sign' & 'The Sign You Saw' Missing from Debug Mode

I guess this is a day for bugs of all sorts lol. 

Ok... have clean game and made sure no mods or custom content are in my game. I went into debug mode to get one of the lit signs from Strangerville that I wish was included in the game itself to use it for one of my lots I am creating and couldn't find it anywhere like I used to. 

I used both the bb.showliveeditobjects and the bb.showhiddenobjects. Then I selected for only Strangerville's content in debug mode, as I was not able to find it among all debug items and it's just not there. The very odd thing is when I use S4S (Sims 4 Studio) I see it is listed among the debug items for Strangerville. So, I tried going into the game again to find it... and nothing. 

Help! I really love both of those lit signs from that pack. I think they are so awesome to use in our games.
