The tattoo stamp list, but also the same stamp list on werewolves, don't let me scroll down to see the rest of them

So, I put a post about this earlier, but now there's more to it, so I just made a new post.
So, both the tattoo and werewolf painting systems are totally buggy. If I switch to another tab, I can no longer scroll, if I open the gallery: I can no longer scroll.
I've repaired the game, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, nothing works.
