After the latest update, I’m experiencing an issue accessing my game. I have been stuck on the loading screen (as shown in the attached image) for over 15 minutes. I have already tried clearing the cache and repairing the app, but the problem persists. I’m unable to enter the household as the game continues to load indefinitely.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Just delete the ones you currently have, trigger the error and check if there's a new one.

I’ve noticed that there are many LastException files appearing in my EA folder. At the same time, my cache files seem to be clearing themselves, and I’m unable to load my household.
The issue occurs when I try to resume the game and load the household I was previously playing. The loading screen appears, but the household never fully loads. I haven’t yet tried loading a different household from the same save.
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?
