I was playing with the Abrantes household until Ermelinda passed away from old age. When I checked the family tree, I noticed she didn’t appear like the others who died while still holding their noble title.
At first I thought it might be because she died of natural causes and the others died suddenly for different reasons, until I saw the image of Eetion Thebe, who also died of natural causes and still kept his title.
Since I was playing with mods, I removed all of them and repeated the process in a new save, and the same thing happened again.
