Hi! I have a problem: the game won't save my Sims or buildings (exactly as the title says). It's annoying. I don't know what's going on with my saves; I'm too afraid to open one for fear the game won't save my progress either.
Could EA fix this problem? At this point, I have no reason to open The Sims 4, let alone buy new content, because what's the point?
The problem occurs WITHOUT mods.
