'There was an error uploading your item to the Gallery'

I reported this a long time ago and included video of the issue.  I don't get the server issue that has been resolved.  Link in the original, now closed, issue (supposedly parsed into individual reports) goes to the generic help page with an stating I don't have permission to that content.  Searching for this error brings up no other relevant results so I'm reporting it again.  

It even happens even with a base game lot that I haven't made any changes to, just clicked build and then save.

I was going to attach a video, but when I try attachments all in my recorded videos are grayed out and not selectable.

I'm on a Mac, no mods, only testingcheats.  

Strangely on my Mac, I can save households but not lots.  I added the app to a Mac laptop and there I can save the lot but not the household.
