Things stuck to the arrow in live mode

I play on PS5. When I grab a plate, a plant or any object you can move during live mode and a window (e.g. the school calls) appears at the same moment the plate or what ever stick to the arrow. I can’t choose any options, I can’t save the game or open the menu.  The only possible is to close the game without saving it. That’s massive annoying. I have nearly all packs and I don’t have any cc or mods because I am a console gamer.
