Time/Relationship reset when loading game

I'm also having trouble with my non-household relationships resetting. I notice that happens when I switch between active households. I'm playing on a PC and only have the Get to Work and the Life and Death packs.

Happened again. 2 things are new:

1. My sim had formed a new relationship shortly before the end of my last play session. Upon loading, they got the "just became the partner" popup. I haven't seen that behavior before even though I had sims in relationships. Either something to do with the relationship being new, or something to do with the "fix" to partnered sims in the most recent update?
2. Using "Load Game" doesn't fix it anymore, it's always Sunday at 8am with no relationships!!

Well, it happened again when there was no game update, so I suppose game updates aren't related. Same issue, again fixed by using Load instead of Resume.

Reporting back with some additional information :)

When I use Load to open the game, it "fixes" the bug and I can then use Resume after that with no issues, until the next time the game is updated. Each time the game is updated, Resume results in this error, until I use Load which "fixes" it until next time.

Since the last update,  I noticed almost all of my sim's relationships/friendship bars outside of the household have defaulted back to zero/unknown.  It's a if they had never met, I have to do introductions and start friendships from scratch and learn traits all over again for sims who I've had high relationship bars with previously.

This happened to me today after updating to 1.126.78.1220

Tested without mods (localthumbcache removed also) and same result

Playing on Mac

Only the calendar and relationships are affected

Packs using: Seasons, Holiday Celebration, most of the free items released in marketplace

Using Load instead of Resume seems to be a successful workaround, will comment again if this isn't consistent

additional info: I am also using the pack disabler, playing a pack legacy challenge. This is the first time I ever started a save without Seasons. When I added Seasons, the game was partway through a week. I began getting a bug where sometimes the calendar would reset to Sunday 8am in the same way, but sims didn't lose relationships. I remember commenting on a bug report here about that, but can't find it now.

Hi tombraidingz

Please try the clean folder approach described here: 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428

First try a new save if you have the same issue. If no, just put a copy of your save back and test this.

Hello :)

I've tried with/without mods and get the same result.

Progress like aspirations, jobs etc still continue. So far I've only noticed the day + relationships getting reset.

Other note: I am using the pack disabler, so I'm only using Base + Outdoor Retreat + some kits
