Time/Sim freezes while environment still moves

There is currently an issue in MCCC that is causing a freezing like this if you have auto-marriages turned on. If you encounter this is with ANY mods in your game, then this is not your thread. ...

i had the same issue as well, but after removing the life and death pack from my game, the issue has resolved itself. very disappointing that it wasn't a mod causing this but a pack that ea has sold as a dlc

    I don’t even have that pack so it’s definitely something with the patch for that pack that caused it.
