Time/Sim freezes while environment still moves

This glitch has been happening to me for SO long. My first legacy save with 10 generations kept freezing in time: The time freezes, the sim is stuck in idle doing the task it's doing over and over again, can't click on any other sims of the household nor any other object, can't save, can't press go to world, can't do anything. THIS is how I had to stop playing this legacy save I have had for years. I have started a second legacy about a few months ago and I'm on my fifth generation because I've played a lot. THE SAME GLITCH KEEPS HAPPENING AGAIN! Time stops at 4:30 AM every single time. I have tried: Repairing the game 10 times, deleting localthumbcache and onlinethumbcache photos, removing almost ALL of my conflicting mods, updating everything, stopping OneDrive, playing offline, playing without mods, searching relentlessly on the internet for this issue that EVERYONE seems to be having and no one having found a fix. I am going absolutely insane since I know the only thing I can do is force myself to stop playing on this save. I made another 2 test saves with different sims on each and played and it worked. The only saves this problem is affecting are these legacy saves with multiple households played and a lot of time invested. I don't know what else to do, I am sure I have tried everything in these past two weeks and I have found nothing.
