There is currently an issue in MCCC that is causing a freezing like this if you have auto-marriages turned on.

I'm exactly having this issue, 1 day after the 04/02/26 update, it start happening at 00:03 (in sims's time). I'm playing with mods and cc but the issue happens even without it.

Can you try a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers:
Did that but it's still getting stuck but now at 00:06 (Sims's time)...
