There is currently an issue in MCCC that is causing a freezing like this if you have auto-marriages turned on.

EgoisticBerry70 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. Please try moving one of your households to a different lot, either a blank one or a default EA build. Don't replace the build with anything from the Gallery or your own library. Just see how the save runs. You don't need to save your progress either.
