Time/Sim freezes while environment still moves

There is currently an issue in MCCC that is causing a freezing like this if you have auto-marriages turned on. If you encounter this is with ANY mods in your game, then this is not your thread. ...

I think i found the solution to eliminate this bug, if you have MCCC go to a PC and go to

MC Population > Moving Settings > Allow Homeless Move in and "Disable" it .

So far after this i haven't got any freezing issues. By my theory i think if alot of sims move in a lot it will generate a lot of furniture and causes the game to bug i guess.

I just ended up deleting MCCC all together and it seemed to fix the problem!

  Apparently my solution still bugged after a long playthrough. But it was indeed MCCC thanks for the heads up !
