There is currently an issue in MCCC that is causing a freezing like this if you have auto-marriages turned on.

Hello, I will play my household for any thing between an 1 minute or an hour then the game will freeze but the environment and sims will still move their heads or body. I can not do actions nor can I click on anything, I will have to force exit the game. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, repaired the game, changed the name of the sims 4 folder to generate a new one, gone through all my mods and cc and clear any out of date ones and lowered my graphics but nothing seems to be working.
