An infant sim recently aged up to a toddler. The parents cannot place the toddler in the toddler bed or potty train them. The toddler also cannot interact with the items. So far I have tried deleting the bugged items and repurchasing, moving the bug items, and deleting the localthumbcache.package. Any help is appreciated.
