Toddlers have level 5 Movement skill but walk like level 1

Sorry everyone. Have haven't been able to check my bug reports yet since I haven't updated my game yet on the ea app. Reason I heard how buggy the game is right now so I'm holding off until there is a fix. One being not being able to load household now that may be mod issues but I heard it isn't as well. So I'm waiting until it's mainly mods or a fix is in place. If anyone who has updated can check this or the other bug I'm going to link is welcome to check. I'm not okay with updating right now. My game is okay from updating but tested the bugs in a clean folder and they still happen in 1.117 patch. If you want to know as well this bug still happens as well. Thanks for waiting for my test.
