I tried getting my Sim to feed my toddler sims and they just won't eat!

It happens in my game from too, one or two of the toddlers or children don't eat. They grab the plate and just sit, but don't eat. Going to the world map and back or just restarting the game helps. For the first time I got this bug after Horse Ranch EP, but back then it wasn't so often. Now it happens every 2-3 sim days in my household with 3 toddlers.
