I just bought "The Tea Time Solarium" kit with moola money and the tea tray that came with it doesn't work at all! I tried to place on several surfaces (specialy the tea tables), tried the "repair" option , even the "reset object" cheat code! It only recognizes as a decorative object that I can move around even out of build mode. Can you help me, please?

If any of you are still encountering this on the latest game version could you share your App Data folder, as well as your Electronic Arts folder?
For PC, you can find this under: User > [Username] > AppData > Local > TS4
For Mac, you can find this here: Macintosh HD > Users > [Username] > Library > Application Support > TS4
For your Electronic Arts folder, you can find that under Documents-> Electronic Arts.
