UI Exception 1069: UI Corruption while playing Scenario

Also I have had the bug happen again when I loaded up the game and played just now, maybe I missed it last time, but the event ui in the top left is gone now so I cannot see the nature's calling event button or any possible holidays. This only happened when my sim traveled to the hospital via the "have baby at hospital" interaction. So it seems to just be tied to traveling in general.

Also noticing that hovering over where the ui would be I cannot interact at all. Going to manage worlds is the only thing I can do and when looking this time I found that trying to click on my household to play again the ui for that is also gone. The green circle that pulses around the play button is visible which is how I was able to see it last time.  The "go back to world select" prompt shows up when I hover where the world select button should be, and I can click on it but the button is not visually there. This time clicking on it was met with a black screen with the prompt that describes willow Creek, and exiting to main menu without saving led me to a white main screen. I'm starting to suspect this is because of the nature's calling event because they slightly altered the ui design for events and holidays I noticed.
