Recently I have been experiencing that my sims can't perform upgrades because it says they don't have the necessary items but they do have them available on their inventory and the game won't just recognize it. Same for brewing herbal remedies, it's just not working. I have delete mods, repair the game over an over again and nothing wont' fix it, overall it has been so bugged recently with so many features. Same when kids go to high school they won't stay in class or be able to study for exams, it's like the sim it's just bugged.
