my sim, who is a vampire, is totally unable to drink or use their powers on any sim at all if keeps saying that the target sim is pregnant however, when I check they are not.

how did you remove your mods/cc ? Did you move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache file or just disable them ?
I removed all my mods and CC completely — I only had a few, and none of them were related to the issue. I also deleted the localthumbcache.package file to clear the cache, and then used the EA App to repair the game files. Unfortunately, the issue still happened even after doing all that.
Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

Try using your vampire to drink from a sim that is actually pregnant and not showing (before first trimester). It should work. This means that one of the mods is causing the is pregnant to = true for non pregnant sims, and the is pregnant to = false or pregnant sims for certain actions. I hope this helps.
