Hi, I am sorry, I missed your response.
I only ever used 2 mods in the summer of 2025 and removed them. This issue didn't start until recently. It is still happening.
The phone shows I can fire the butler but he is not on the lot.
Weird thing. This week my Sims when on a get away for 6 nights and a butler from my other family in the same save, he showed up and was taking care of them at the air b&b. When they went home at the end of the get-away no more butler since and it has been 7 days.
The butler I hired shows up randomly around town for my other family in the same save as a regular townie, just not as a butler for this family.
