This is not the same bug I reported, this one is visitors coming to the lot and leaving like switching turns

Mine was invited sims leaving shortly in Bars, Lounges and Nightcluhs specifically

please contact a CM for this. It wasn't me that merged this. If something gets merged later on, it's usually EA that wanted it merged.
