Unfortunately, today's update/patch missed out on this item. Using the eyedrop tool on this item now sends you to Styled Rooms in Build.
Ideas
I hadn't gotten around to updating for the November bug fix patch yet and ran into this issue this morning. I don't remember seeing this in the patch notes but it does seem to be fixed for me after updating.
