I just got the pack and I experienced this bug right off the bat. I had my sim transform for the first time into a werewolf and his ears and one eye were distorted. This is how he looks in-game:

Some notes:
- New save coming from the last update on the first week of November 2025.
- I tried on another sim, a teen this time, and the same issue occurred.
- Both were transformed into a werewolf "naturally" in-game. I got both sims bitten by Greg and went through the process both times. Same result.
- If I make a sim into a werewolf from CAS, I don't experience the bug.
- When I go thru cas.fulleditmode on > click face > select a preset "face", the bug gets fixed. When I re-select "tuff", "nose" or "eye", they remain distorted.
- Never used CC/Mod. Windows 11 PC.
