I play on PC, but the nose color issue persists there as well. The only time I tried to edit a werewolf's appearance, it made their human face distorted - despite having unlinked the two forms. Uh?
I actually feel it's bad customer service. Way too much focus on adding new stuff and grabbing money and not as much on fixing presently broken things we already paid for - to play AND to work, that is.
