Hold ctrl and shift, click c, and that will open the command prompt. Then type cas.fulleditmode and shift-click your sim. Modify in CAS, delete the werewolf form by removing and re-selecting the werewolf occunt, and the new generated wolf will be fixed! This also works to change their color.
cant do that on consoles, and thats not a real fix to the problem its a band-aid, it doesnt fix the broken game coding that makes it so you cant enjoy going around turning random people into werewolves, i shouldnt have to manually redo every single sim i turn thats tedious
