If you make a werewolf in CAS and then go into game, they will be missing an initial temperament. This means if they climb through all the ranks, at the end they will only have three temperaments and there will still be an empty slot since they never received their first initial temperament.
I believe werewolves are supposed to start with one temperament, but when you make a werewolf in CAS and then go in game, they are missing that initial temperament and have zero.
