I'm back again to add that I noticed this corrupt/pixellated texture while working on a new Werewolf in CAS. It's one of the premade coat patterns you can select. I think it was the fifth one down. I forgot to include that in the image.
The effect can be eliminated depending on what colour you pick for the third colour slot option. Rainbow and dark colours seems to get rid of it but pale colours make it really obvious.
