Windows/Doors glitch into walls (Patch 1.125.69)

Mine still does this as well. I just go into build mode, click on the window/door and then back into live mode. It has cleared it for me. A little annoying though.

I am still experiencing this issue.

Still having this issue as of July 18 2026.  Absolutely “love” how EA has fixed things! 😒

I am still experiencing this issue a week after the patch. It's July 25, 2026.

I play on PS5 and I've always had this problem. My game is updated and it happened yesterday.

The doors keep fusing with the walls of my apartments and I can't fix them because those items are unavalabe for movement.

693 votes plus 111 more votes, on doors windows glitching into walls, this is what I dislike most about bug reports, that it's closed off when marked as fixed, even when the issue was not fixed after all and still occurring, & has to start over with a new report with lower votes, and will probably never be looked into to try to fix it again. 

(EA/SimsTeam: Please fix issue of false fixes by implementing ability to re-open so called "fixed" post, with all it's votes in tact, when it didn't fix it, and re-label it as "not yet fixed", or anything but 'fixed' when it isn't , and let players be able to add to the report again. Especially since your system for fixing bugs leans on picking those with higest votes.)

You are absolutely correct! And leaving this thread in the "needs more info" status feels therefore like a slap in the face
