When customizing a role outfit for a custom venue in The Sims 4, the game freezes upon exiting CAS. The menu pop-up becomes stuck on the screen requiring me to restart the whole game.

it’s the first time ever I pre ordered a Sims pack (Adventure Awaits). And also the first time ever I have a bug so big I can’t proparly play with it. I have a Xbox x series. And everytime I try to make a custom get away I get stuck in the planning menu. While making the custom roles I get stuck in the tool for it. The menu blanks out and I can’t click on anything so the only thing I can do is close down my game and try again.. to have the some issue so now I’m stuck in a loop trying to plan a get away. I hope I explained of properly because English isn’t my first language.
When I try to make a schedule on the custom venue lot type, if I assign outfits to the Sims, the scheduler screen gets stuck and wont close. It hasn't gotten stuck as long as I don't assign outfits, but I'd really like to be able to. I'm on Xbox One.
