Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m connected to the internet, so I know that’s not a problem.
I'm glad I found this thread. I had the same issue, but thankfully re-linking my EA account and restarting fixed it.
