Everytime I try to access the gallery I get a notification saying;
"UNABLE TO GO ONLINE There's no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to access Online content."
Why am I getting this notification when my internet is running smoothly, my PS5 is always connected to the internet and I was just watching YouTube on it before opening my game? This is not okay. I cannot do anything. I can't access sims I created specifically to play with in the new pack and I can't get to builds I saved for anticipating the Enchanted by Nature pack. Now I can't even play it.
Same and I haven't even installed the new pack. Im on Xbox and haven't been able to access my gallery either. Doesn't even show up as an option 😮💨
It's driving me up a wall. I had access until the latest update. As soon as the update came out, I was able to get into the gallery when I was playing the event. But, as soon as I played today to finish the event I received an error message and then it quickly went away. After that I haven't been able to get into the gallery at all.
I just keep getting the no internet message on a console that is never disconnected from the internet, even YouTube works on my PS5.
This is frustrating.
