Everytime I try to access the gallery I get a notification saying;
"UNABLE TO GO ONLINE There's no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to access Online content."
Why am I getting this notification when my internet is running smoothly, my PS5 is always connected to the internet and I was just watching YouTube on it before opening my game? This is not okay. I cannot do anything. I can't access sims I created specifically to play with in the new pack and I can't get to builds I saved for anticipating the Enchanted by Nature pack. Now I can't even play it.
I have a PS4 and i have the same problem with it saying that its not connected to the internet but i have not even gotten the enchanted by nature pack yet. I also do not see the gallery button. I had to also go on my computer to finish the new event because of this bug.
