Everytime I try to access the gallery I get a notification saying;
"UNABLE TO GO ONLINE There's no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to access Online content."
Why am I getting this notification when my internet is running smoothly, my PS5 is always connected to the internet and I was just watching YouTube on it before opening my game? This is not okay. I cannot do anything. I can't access sims I created specifically to play with in the new pack and I can't get to builds I saved for anticipating the Enchanted by Nature pack. Now I can't even play it.
I’m on Xbox Series X and the gallery will also not load for me. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game plus all dlc and still can only access my library.
