Everytime I try to access the gallery I get a notification saying;
"UNABLE TO GO ONLINE There's no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to access Online content."
Why am I getting this notification when my internet is running smoothly, my PS5 is always connected to the internet and I was just watching YouTube on it before opening my game? This is not okay. I cannot do anything. I can't access sims I created specifically to play with in the new pack and I can't get to builds I saved for anticipating the Enchanted by Nature pack. Now I can't even play it.
Update: I was able to reconnect to the gallery after going to Game Options and in the Other tab made sure to link my EA account. Maybe this can work for anyone else who cannot access the gallery.

I had to restore the licensing again, but this also helped to fix the issue. Hopefully your advice will help others as well. Thank you for helping.
