I'm trying to continue with this weeks quest for the event, but I need to collect the outhouse in the rewards to be able to craft it. However when I go to collect the latest rewards it says I'm not connected.
I had been having problems with the game connecting for the Sims deliveries, but after the most recent update that's now fixed. I've also checked my PlayStation 5 and it's connected to the Internet, so the game should be too.
There's no error error code or anything it just says must be connected to claim rewards or something along those lines. I don't know what to do other than restart the game for the fifth time and hope this time it magically works.
You have to link account to ea go to settings then other then click link ea account then restart your game
