I can't connect the sims 4 to the Internet, therefore I have no access to the gallery and I can't claim the event rewards either, It seems it happened after the last update, I play on ps4, and my Internet connection is running smoothly on my console, it's just the sims 4 not connecting, I hope this issue gets solved soon, everything was ok before I installed enchanted by nature a few days ago and before the last update, honestly I shouldn't have to uninstall packs just because EA is messing things up with every new pack they release and the updates they make.
