I have the exact same issue, also on ps4 and I'm also connected but it says i need to connect. I did what It said: link my EA account, tick the new agreement. It still doesn't work. 😞I really wanted that outdoor toilet so bad because i always play medival style and it would be perfect! I restarted the game and it didn't work either.
Edited: i tried everything it says and it still doesn't work
