From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. Once this is accepted, you should be able to claim your rewards normally again.
If you're still seeing this error and can't claim your rewards after trying this, please let us know!
Yeah, i did this and it didn't work. I checked if I'm connected multiple times and I'm connected but it still not working 😞
