So I installed the July 16th, 2025 Hot fix Update. Everything went smoothly until I went into CAS to try out the new Fairy Pack. Went into Gallery to use some tattoos I downloaded from the gallery only to realize only My Gallery is visible. Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, still gone. Perfect wifi connection and all. Is there a fix to this or is this a known bug? I play on PlayStation 4
I have exacty the same problem, the gallery is gone and i play the ps4 version of the sims 4 on ps5. My Ea account is disconnected every time i restart the game.
