My wife plays on PS5 and she can't claim the rewards from the Natures calling event. It says online connection required, but she is connected, according to her PS5. And she cant connect to the gallery either. Which she was able to do earlier today.
Same issue on my PS4. I was able to collect a few event items, but now it's saying to connect online to collect my rewards. I'M ALREADY ONLINE! I can't seem to find any answers. SMH.
