Console..
unable to view my library, keep getting a “unable to go online, no internet connection available” notification but my console is Ethernet connected. Been happening last 2 days not even with turning off and disconnecting cable.
any tips or solutions on what I can do.
Also on console. I was able to reconnect by choosing 'other' on the Menu and 'link EA Account'. This worked yesterday, but today I am unable to link my EA account. Unable to get access to The Gallery, Event Rewards, finish the Event. All the presents for gameplay reset when I log off. This is a big problem and only started after the latest update. (Pregnancy update) I've seen many other console players complain.
