[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

just happened to me,  i cannot pull anything from the gallery as it’s not there. it’s just “my library”. no gallery access at all.
