Im playing the Nature's Calling event, but in spite of it working to begin with I am no longer able to claim the earned rewards. Every time I try it says I'm offline. I am not offline, I'm online and just purchased a kit with no problems. I've restarted numerous times, reset my router. Resigned into my EA account. Anyone else having the same issues or know a work around?!
I'm on Xbox series X and I'm having the same issues! I've restarted my box and no fix. I'm connected to the internet but it says online connection is required. Frustrating! I did check to see if there were any updates available and there are none.

In game pause to the menu. Go to game options. Go to other. At the very bottom of the page it will say "Link EA Account"

For some reason, at least for me, when they released the rest of the nature calling quests it disconnected my ea account from the game. I don't know if this will help but I went to the settings > game options > "others" tab then clicked the link ea account button. It asked to agree to terms of service again but after it let me back online. Hope this helps. 😊
I’m having the same issue and I am online it’s very frustrating because I only have limited time to play the game since I have a newborn baby and I wanted to finish the event when I can find the time but what’s even the point when I can’t even claim the rewards
Same issue and it's annoying cause was working fine til the final week and after they dropped Enchanted. Granted I'm still on an X-box One but still ridiculous.

Having the same issues on PS5! I’m connected to the internet and signed in but I keep getting the ‘Online connection required’. I’ve restarted the game several times and rebooted my PS5 but nothing. The event worked last week in claiming prizes but I’m guessing there was an update recently…maybe…I can’t complete the rest of the quests now.
