Also having this issue with PS5, I had no issues getting rewards until 3 days ago. Now it claims I’m not online in any shape or form. I’ve tried claiming them from the main menu on start up, I’ve tried claiming them in game, as well as loading different saves, multiple restarts both game and console. I even tried the silly restore licenses option for console because getting desperate. This issue has now also stemmed to the point I cannot even access my gallery as I’m “offline” yet the sale and store is glaringly happy to be the only online function working.
Had this issue with the Life and Death event as well and missed out on the last two weeks worth of rewards. At least I was able to have the quests done. This one has me stranded at needing to claim the outdoor throne recipe to finish.
