Anyone else having this issue when you go to collect the new rewards for the sims 4 event? My internet is fine my account is linked to EA so I’m not sure what’s going on. Since this new event has came out I’ve had more trouble with this game than I ever had. Hopefully it’s something else that can be fixed soon.
Yeah, i'm having the same problem.I'm on PS5 like what is ea doing just fix your game and stop updating it before fixing it 😑
