Anyone else having this issue when you go to collect the new rewards for the sims 4 event? My internet is fine my account is linked to EA so I’m not sure what’s going on. Since this new event has came out I’ve had more trouble with this game than I ever had. Hopefully it’s something else that can be fixed soon.
I’m having the same problem on PS5 - cannot collect event rewards even though my connection appears to be just fine!
