[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I was having the same issue, for weeks now. I fixed it today! I play on Xbox, so the specifics might be a little different, but this is what I did:

  • Go into game options in-game, make sure your EA account is connected. I had to accept a new user agreement. Game restarted.
  • Still wasn't working, so I went online to ea.com and signed into the website with my Xbox account info.
  • Restarted my Xbox, force quit TS4, then opened it again. Now I can claim my items!!

I hope this helps you! I was getting so upset watching the timer count down on the event.

This is the fix! On the PS5 I had to click a link from the Sims 4 Home Screen like “Learn More” on any of the updates. It would ask if I wanted to open a window online and you go to EA.com. I logged into EA from that window and when I loaded the family I wanted to play, I was still logged in.
