[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

Xbox series x. No gallery and can’t save. Game is completely ruined, not playable. Save files: GONE. 2 years worth of work and progress.

I have the same problem on my PS5!

Yeah I have the same issue I'm playing on Xbox series S and my internet is fine and I also can't claim any event rewards

All of my online features stopped working. I can't claim my event rewards. I can't access the gallery at all. My network is fine. No internet issues and 3 days ago everything was working fine. I have all major packs. I play on ps5 so no mods or CC. 

Keep trying to do it guys. I was connected but it said i have to connect. I had latest update, I linked the EA account, restarted, I ticked the new agreement, checked connection, still didn't work. But i kept doing it, kept linking the account and restarting, checking connection and it finally worked. Keep trying! 

I’m having the same issue and I am online it’s very frustrating because I only have limited time to play the game since I have a newborn baby and I wanted to finish the event when I can find the time but what’s even the point when I can’t even claim the rewards 

For some reason, at least for me, when they released the rest of the nature calling quests it disconnected my ea account from the game. I don't know if this will help but I went to the settings > game options > "others" tab then clicked the link ea account button. It asked to agree to terms of service again but after it let me back online. Hope this helps. 😊

I got it! What worked for me was going to the settings, start button > game options > go down to the "other" tab > link EA account. For some reason, for me at least, when they released the rest of the natures calling quests it disconnected my ea account from the game.
